  • Uploaded drawings and generated reports
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details)
  • Communications with our support team

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve Quantity Report; to process payments via Stripe; to store your data securely; to communicate with you; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or share your proprietary drawings with third parties.

4. Data Storage

Uploaded files are stored in object storage. Generated reports are stored in our database. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain data according to your plan: free tier files may be deleted after 24 hours; paid plan data is retained for the duration of your subscription.

5. Payments (Stripe)

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

6. Analytics (Datafast)

We use Datafast for analytics to understand how our service is used, improve performance, and fix issues. This may include anonymized usage patterns, page views, and feature usage. We do not use analytics to track or identify individual users beyond what is necessary for service operation.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Access to your files and account information is restricted to authorized personnel and systems. We use encryption for data in transit and at rest.
