1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Quantity Report and related services operated by Elementra LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. AI-Generated Reports – Accuracy and Limitations

Important – AI Accuracy Disclaimer. The Services use artificial intelligence to generate reports. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, hallucinations, biases, or outdated information. Reports are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose (including financial, legal, operational, or compliance decisions).

You must independently verify all outputs and not rely solely on them for critical decisions. We do not provide professional advice (e.g., accounting, engineering, or legal). Use of the Services and reliance on any report is at your own risk.

4. Payments and No Refunds Policy

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the immediate consumption of AI tokens and compute resources upon report generation, all payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for generated reports, even if outputs contain errors, you are dissatisfied, or you do not use all features or credits. This applies to all purchases unless required by applicable law.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time, but no prorated refunds for partial periods.

5. Data Storage

Uploaded files are stored in object storage. Generated reports are stored in our database. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Free tier files may be deleted after 24 hours. Paid plan data is retained according to your subscription terms. We do not share your proprietary drawings or reports with third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elementra LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to errors in generated reports, loss of data, or business interruption.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
